(she/her/hers)

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Social Work degree in 2021. Before beginning private practice, I provided counseling and advocacy at a sexual assault crisis center and have also worked in higher education, supporting students through stress management and self-discovery.

My desire to be in the mental health field started in a high school psychology class and blossomed with my own experience as a client in therapy during my undergraduate degree. I believe in having a “client first, therapist second” mindset when it comes to counseling where I mindfully hold the courage and vulnerability it takes to enter a therapeutic relationship. I value your lived experience and will remain open to how we can make this partnership meaningful to you. I believe everyone deserves a kind and committed ally to support them during times of transition, growth, and exploration.

In my personal life: You can find me taking care of my many plants, feeding stray cats, sending my friends a SpongeBob meme, asking others about their D&D campaign, searching for the perfect song to play during a simple task, or attempting to rollerblade without falling.
