Are you seeking balance in life? Do you feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or want help with anxiety, relationships, or self-expression?

The therapeutic process is a tool for growth and change. I’m here to help, even if you don’t know where to begin.

As a therapist (and human being) I value and center
safety, curiosity, and humor.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe being your whole self. Non-judgmental acceptance is key to being able to explore all that may be impacting you in a compassionate manner.

“Safety is not the absence of threat, it is the presence of connection” -Gabor Mate

I will stay curious to compassionately learn about your lived experience and how to best help you. I may not always have an answer, but with an open mind, I believe we can begin to view patterns or concerns in a new way that will bring us closer to finding understanding.

“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced” -Soren Kierkegaard

I believe humor can help us embrace life and strengthen our partnership as we’re on this journey. Therapy can be uncomfortable and finding those small joys or laughter together can make the process feel more human.

“A good therapeutic outcome is a person’s sense of humor improving. If their sense of humor doesn’t improve the therapy is a failure” -Peter Fonagy
